The Unruly Model
Photographing bison in the winter conditions of Yellowstone presents a unique set of challenges. These majestic animals don't always cooperate, and portrait sessions with them can result in unexpected poses. In my attempt to capture the beauty of the bison against the picturesque winter scenery, the animal showcased its independence and stubbornness. Instead of the dignified gaze I was hoping for, I ended up capturing the moment when it cheekily stuck out its tongue, seemingly mocking my futile efforts.
