The face of wildness
Deep within the thick bush that covers the Savuti terrain in Botswana, there lurks a power and strength that unequivocally rules this territory. Embodied in this untamed force of nature is a lion, whose roots run deep in the history of the wild savannah. Every single mark on his majestic face tells a tale of survival in the wild. To me, this photograph is not only a documentation of an encounter with the king of the savannah but also a glimpse into the wilderness and beauty of Africa.
