Relaxation After Feast
Salmon fishing is a challenging and demanding task that requires brown bears to expend a tremendous amount of energy. After a hunting session, they often spend hours resting by the riverbank, allowing them to peacefully digest their catch and recharge their batteries before pursuing the agile and swift salmon once again. In the provided photograph, a bear has found a comfortable spot from which it observes its fellow bears chasing after salmon in the Brooks River, which flows through Katmai National Park in Alaska
