Two plus one
The mist has the power to either ruin a photographic setting or, quite often, create a magical ambiance. Such was the case when I was photographing at Lake Kerkini in Greece. It seemed as though the thick mist would force us to abandon our morning photography plans. However, patience paid off, and as the mist began to thin, it unveiled a serene scene of flamingos wading in the tranquil waters. This peaceful and minimalist scene was soon enhanced by a cormorant flying gracefully between them.
