Yellow-billed oxpecker
This inconspicuous bird with a vibrant beak and red eyes is an inseparable companion of large African mammals such as buffalos, zebras, and giraffes. In its diet, you can find troublesome flies, ticks, lice, fleas, and all other skin parasites. They serve as sanitation workers and are therefore welcomed by their 'patients'.
