The malachite kingfisher is a beautiful bird with green-blue plumage and a long beak, which hunts fish and insects by diving from a height. Interestingly, it nests in a burrow that it digs in the ground together with its partner and lines the bottom of it with fish skeletons. Quite a strange way to decorate a home to make it nice and cozy.
