Elephants are very social animals. They form groups of a few to a dozen or so individuals, and sometimes even more. Observation of these animals is an amazing experience. Their behavior and relationships are very varied and interesting. Elephants take care of themselves, help to raise their offspring together, all while maintaining an appropriate hierarchy.
