Tractrac chat
The Dorob National Park in Namibia is at the western tip of the Namib Desert. Due to its location on the coast along which flows the Benguel current, moist mists are formed over this part of the desert, and this creates good conditions for the development of relatively rich life. Tractrac chat (Emarginata tractrac) benefits from this. It hovers in the air like a hummingbird to look for the insects which are the basis of its diet.
